Citizens of Gotham, we inform that the criminals known as the Joker, the Penguin, Catwoman, Two Faces and the Scarecrow have been captured by a fabulous Freak Circus. This circus will open this October 31st where these freaks will belong exposed to the people. Also there will be a test to identify you with these freaks. We warn that you shouldn't feed the freaks, because they could kill you.
